MEATER MORGAN

MEATER MORGAN
MEATER MORGAN

Ninety-three (93) year old Meater Morgan stands out as the “teenager” in the home, always

active and on her feet. She also stands out from the rest as the one who had the dream and

vision of the Adelaide’s Home shortly before she gained acceptance there. She has been at

the Home from July of 1985.

Meater confessed: “Before I came here, I had no one to take care of me – because I was at

the home of a stranger – and I was in and out like a wondering sheep. And I used to go by

the roadside every Saturday to see what I could get.”

For thirteen years now, though Meater hasn’t had to face such hassle and humiliation and for

that she would tell you “I’m very happy because it’s the Lord who provided the way for me.”

Meta would boast that at the Adelaide and Frances home she is very happy and nothing to

complain about. Meater  passed away on December 23, 2004 at the age of 99 years.

Thank God for Meater
